Terms and Conditions for Swift Move Properties (SMP) Ltd UK (Reg No: 6472617)


All keys must be returned into the designated check-out box. Any keys not returned will incur a replacement charge of £100.00 per set. Any additional guests staying that are not expected at the time of the booking will result in a £75.00 per night charge. Guest will be liable for any theft or damage to the property and its contents from the time of entry to the time of departure. Guests are required to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur a minimum charge of £60.00 cleaning charge. Noise and disturbances will not be tolerated; SMP reserves the right to ask a guest to vacate the apartment immediately and no refund will be issued.


Pets are not allowed.


Anytime after 15:00pm, any early arrivals must be confirmed with reservations prior to arrival.


11:00 hours, late checked out can be arranged with reservations the day prior to departure, please see below for charges: Confirmed prior to departure = £15.00 per hour up until 2pm, or as arranged otherwise. Unconfirmed = £30.00 per hour up until 2pm, after this time you will be charged for an additional night plus £150.00.


Any Complaints received will be investigated fully with all parties concerned. You will receive a formal reply within 7 days. Smoke free policy All our properties are non smoking. Should anyone smoke in the apartments you will be fined £100.00 plus any additional cleaning costs.


All cancellations must be advised in writing by letter or by emailing, before 10.00AM 3 days prior to arrival. Guests making cancellations outside this period will be charged for the total stay. Guests making cancellations within the above period will be eligible for a full refund.

Prices and Payment

All rates are quoted in local currency (GBP) and include VAT at 15%. Full payment will be required immediately to confirm the reservation. For reservations over 28 nights an invoice will be sent on a monthly basis and the initial payment of 28 days has been taken subject to credit approval. A valid credit card must be provided on booking.


If you wish to extend a stay, SMP requires notice in writing. Please give as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request. All extensions are subject to availability and rate change. A payment for an extension will be taken at the time of notification. Breakages Any breakages to property or the apartment including fixtures, fittings & furniture will be notified to the booking holder within 24 hours of the checkout date. Breakages will be subject to a 100% markup fee and 25% handling charges. The final invoice amount will be deducted from the credit card originally used to confirm the booking.


SMP have a strict security policy. All our apartments are located in apartments building which have 24 hour security. Any security issues reported to SMP will result in instant cancellation of the booking. No refunds will be made on any cancellations. Privacy Policy All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. SMP takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.


Guest should be aware at the time of booking that SMP does not take responsibility for Guests’ possessions whilst they are staying in our properties. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and safety of your possessions but advise you to arrange your own insurance. This applies to items left in your apartments, in public areas and in SMP car parks. These Terms & Conditions and use of website are governed exclusively by English law.
